Chairman of
the Board, JD DeMatteo provides global strategy
for DeMatteo Fine Arts Ltd. As C.E.O. and Board Chairman of numerous companies
and foundations, Mr. DeMatteo brings to our Board intricate business acumen
from his long association in the worlds of finance and art. A consummate and
passionate fine arts collector, Mr. DeMatteo developed and maintains one of
the finest privately held collections of paintings, especially old masters,
in the country, which he occasionally provides in part for exhibition to public
museums.

Lamont McEvitt, a manager in Acquisitions, is a respected figure in the field of fine
art. Accredited by the International Society of Appraisers, he presently serves
as President of The New England chapter. Mr. McEvitt recently completed ten
years on the Board of Corporators for the Hartford Art School at the University
of Hartford. A recognized expert on Charles Ethan Porter, he was instrumental
in creating three retrospectives. Mr. McEvitt has been active in exhibits
for such noted institutions as the New Britain Museum of American Art and
Miss Porter’s School. A life-long collector and appraiser, Mr. McEvitt
enjoys a large and celebrated following.
Attorney Thomas A. Kokoska is admitted to the State Bars
in Connecticut and Texas, as well as multiple federal jurisdictions. After
managing complex litigation for years, Mr. Kokoska administered numerous high
profile and successful ventures for DeMatteo Industries entities as Director
of Project Development and Legal Affairs, and then as Secretary and General
Counsel. Mr. Kokoska brings important direction to the DeMatteo Fine Arts Ltd.
Board of Directors. In addition to strong community ties and an extensive
knowledge of the New England and national business communities, he maintains
strong ties to art academia as a Fellow of Timothy Dwight College at Yale
University.
